When reporting an issue

To help us resolve your issue faster, include:

  1. Your browser and version (e.g., Chrome 120, Firefox 115).
  2. Your OS (e.g., macOS 14.2, Windows 11).
  3. Brie version — Click the Brie icon, then the gear icon. The version number is at the bottom.
  4. Steps to reproduce the issue.
  5. Screenshots or video of the problem (ironic, we know).

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
